Enter Data

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

Data entry is the first and most important step in outcomes analysis. We tried to make data entry as easy as possible and to help you to avoid data entry errors. Before you enter your patient data you should make a few default settings. This will help to reduce the amount of time needed for data entry. Default settings should be parameters which do not change from eye to eye, patient to patient such as laser type, microkeratome brand, flap thickness, surgeons name etc.

Default settings can be made under 'Tools and Default Settings' --> 'Default Values for new Entries'
